DIM uses third-party payment processors including Stripe, Shifi, Whop, Klarna, Afterpay, Climb Credit, Lumino, and Payva. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable processor's terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. DIM reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by program. Please review the specific refund terms presented at the time of purchase. Requests for refunds must be submitted to the DIM support team within the applicable refund window. DIM reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside stated policy terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on datainmotion.co and datacareerblueprint.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, course materials, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Data in Motion LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without prior written consent from DIM.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

DIM uses third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, LearnWorld, Stripe, and others to deliver its services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. DIM is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATA IN MOTION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Alabama under applicable arbitration rules.
