DMCA Copyright Policy

Data in Motion LLC ("DIM") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. • Agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant

DIM may restore removed content within 10–14 business days unless a court action is filed.

DIM maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

Under the DMCA, knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.

6. Modifications

DIM reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
