DMCA Copyright Policy

Data in Motion LLC ("DIM") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), DIM will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our websites datainmotion.co and datacareerblueprint.com.

2. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our websites infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on our website
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email
  • A good faith belief statement that the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  • A good faith belief statement under penalty of perjury
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email
  • Consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court (Northern District of Alabama for non-US addresses)
  • Agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant

DIM may restore removed content within 10–14 business days unless a court action is filed.

4. Repeat Infringers

DIM maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

5. Good Faith & Misrepresentation

Under the DMCA, knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages including costs and attorneys' fees.

6. Modifications

DIM reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
